Drawing this prison area really makes me wonder – and maybe it’s a subject that could inspire future fiction if there’s interest – in where these tunnels came from. They’re deep structures and certainly not built by Novarc in the short span that they’ve been occupying Gessick.
Was it always a prison? Why such a big, hidden set of caverns if it is? If not, then what’s the story behind why it was built? I would really love to get into it. Oros was such a small, simple town, but Gessick is the kind of place with secret doors and forgotten histories.
