I can’t help but wonder what would happen if Jahrd did what was asked of him… Announce that he’d found his calling and claim his third earring…by saying his calling was to study the Tekk.
Now that’s a job he’s not likely to be permitted an official third earring for, unfortunately. Meddling with the tekk has brought nothing but nervousness from Oros (mostly great big fear of the unknown, but then again, tekk are rather unpredictable and they don’t want to all pay the price for Jahrd’s curiosity neither). No one except Jacind is likely to sanction it. Alas.
Their nose IS sensitive, heh.
Ohhhh terribly. And Calterra’s got a heck of swat to offer when she’s ticked.
Oi Vay and here i was liking her up till this point i mean yeah Degur got part of what he deserved (still think he should be blinded for life tho lol) but for her to arbirarily go off like a baking powder and vinager not cool. lol
Boy oh boy things really are getting heated now
Yup, we’re leading up to the big boom really quickly here.
Makes one wonder what’s driving her actions.
Do the right thing, Jahrd! You’re going down anyways, so go down in style. Clear the field for your friends as best you can.
He’ll damn well try if he can. It doesn’t look good either way, but at least he’ll try.
Looks like the cats going to come outta the bag….
Right quick, it seems, unless Jahrd can pull off some real magic.
The worst thing about decisions is that they have to be made. The longer we put them off, the harder the consequences will hit our face. (In Degur’s case, quite literally.)
Also, “Sanspurn” sounds like “Sun’s burn” in my head, which is quite adequate given they are living in a desert. 😀
Is true, is true. Burying one’s head in the sand only works for so long.
Ha, that’s kind of what I was going for with sanspurn, honestly. I’ve got my weird touches of silly in here.
